Are you open on statutory holidays?
We are open on most statutory holidays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We are closed only for Christmas and New Year's Eve/day.

What is your Shipping Policy?

What is your Return Policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange most products within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
You will need your original receipt. Item must be returned with original packaging and in new, saleable condition.
Do you Deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery within the town of Slave Lake.

Do you have a Layaway Plan?
Yes, we do! To qualify for the plan you must pay upfront 25% of the cost of the item you are purchasing. Item must be paid in full within 90 days. There are no returns on layaways.

I have music questions, do you have someone I can talk to about an instrument?
Our team has a great gentleman named John who is our music Guru. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about our instruments.

It says I cannot ship an instrument I wish to buy. Why?
Some instruments and music accessories such as amps are too large to ship. For these items, we offer In-Store Pickup only.
Call 780-849-2236 to discuss any special exceptions or shipping prices for the local area.
Do you fix guitars?
Yes! John is our guitar specialist. He is able to clean, repair, and perform upgrades to most instruments.
