Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly exchange or refund most products within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt, provided the purchase is in original condition and complete with the original accessories and packaging. Items cannot be used or opened.

Return to Store
The fastest and easiest way to return an item is by bringing it into our store.
Return Online
Return your item through Purolator. Please follow the return instructions online.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If you receive damaged or defective items, please get in touch with us at letyoursoulshineca@gmail.com to begin your refund/return process. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include items such as mouth instruments, reeds, headphones, opened food and drink products, opened essential oils and anointing oils, communion cups and wafers, opened body products (creams, deodorants, perfumes, shampoo, etc), earrings, pillows, opened DVD, vinyl and CDs, gift cards and prepaid cards, products marked final sale, clearance items, special orders, opened paint and like products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Other exclusions may apply. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please email us at letyoursoulshineca@gmail.com to get approval for your online return prior to mailing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
