Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your
order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

Please be advised that shipping delays outside of our control may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (inclement
weather, global events, postal service issues, holiday season delivery delays, etc.).

Cold Weather 

In the event of cold weather, please be aware that items such as paint, glazes, etc. may freeze during shipment. We do take extra care to include heat packs and extra insolation in your parcels but this does not guarantee that your liquid products will not freeze. We are happy to hold your order until warmer temperatures. In the event you want your order immediately shipped we are not liable for any damaged or frozen products. We will contact you in advance before shipping to confirm your preference.


Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout. We are not held responsible to refund or locate your
lost item if the address is incorrect.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
checkout. We make every effort to charge the lowest shipping costs.


We offer free shipping for any eligible order over $100 (before tax).


Local Delivery


Free local delivery is offered for orders over $50 (within the town of Slave Lake). For orders under $50 we
charge a $10 delivery fee.


Deliveries are made from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message
with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.


In-Store Pickup


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location in the Cornerstone Shopping Centre in Slave Lake.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for
pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with
instructions.


Our in-store pickup hours are as follows;
Monday:   9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday:   9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday:  9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday:  9:00 am to 7:00 pm


Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.


International Shipping


We currently do not offer international shipping but plan to in the future.


How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking
number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become
available.


If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please
contact us at LetYourSoulshineCA@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for
you.
