The Pentart 230ml Silkly-Shine Decoupage Varnish & Glue is a water-based varnish and glue that dries to a semi-gloss finish. The material is ideal for decoupage techniques by spreading evenly and easily across the surface. To use, apply the varnish and glue underneath and on top of your rice paper or napkin. For best results on regular paper, soak before use. Then, apply the varnish on top of the paper, starting from the center and moving to the sides to remove air bubbles. Pentart glues work well with mixed media projects, including decoupage, scrapbooking, and cardmaking. You can pair it with other paints, glues, crackles, or metallic effects for a unique look.
