The decorated surfaces are evenly covered with a thin layer of gilding glue. When the glue layer becomes transparent, put a foil on it and smooth it, gently remove the residues with a soft brush. Protect the gilding with alcohol-based varnish or Pouring Glaze.

The foil will also be perfect for resin decorations. It is enough to pour resin on the foil petals or immerse them in the already made casting. Gilding should not be covered with water-based varnishes, because the foil will then oxidize.
