The Pentart 30ml Craft Hobby Gem Glue is a thick, water-based, self-adhesive glue that helps create 3D patterns for décor foil patterns. Draw patterns with the pen or use with stencils for a finished look. The glue will dry transparent. To use, gently smooth the décor foil on top with a soft, dry brush or your fingers. The foil can be removed and reapplied if needed. Then, seal your project with a water-based varnish.
